Patience dock is one of the oldest cultivated vegetables in Europe. The name comes from its slow growth compared to other docks. Very popular in Hungarian cuisine.

How to Use Sorrel Spinach

Culinary: Milder than sorrel with larger leaves. Use young leaves in salads, cook older leaves like spinach. Popular in Eastern European cuisine.

Traditional & Medicinal: Traditional remedy for skin conditions. Contains less oxalic acid than common sorrel.
