Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes)

Suggested range:
- New practitioners: €60-90
- Experienced: €90-150
- Specialists: €150-250
Follow-Up (30-45 minutes)
Includes: Progress review, protocol adjustments
Suggested range:
- New practitioners: €40-60
- Experienced: €60-90
- Specialists: €90-120
Herbal Products
Pricing formula: Cost of materials × 2.5 to 3.5 + labor
Custom tinctures:
- 50ml: €15-25
- 100ml: €25-40
- 250ml: €50-75
Tea blends:
- 50g: €8-15
- 100g: €15-25
Salves:
- 30ml: €10-18
- 60ml: €18-30
Package Deals
Starter Package:
Initial + 2 follow-ups = 10-15% discount
Wellness Package:
Initial + 4 follow-ups + custom blend = 15-20% discount
Additional Services
- Home visit: Add €20-50

Calculating Hourly Rate
Formula:
(Annual income goal + Business expenses) ÷ Billable hours = Hourly rate
Example:
Goal €40,000 + Expenses €8,000 = €48,000
Billable hours: 920/year
Rate: €52/hour
Payment Policies
- Payment due at time of service
- 24-48 hour cancellation policy
- Late cancellation: 50% fee
- No-show: 100% fee
