HerbWoman™ · Messenger Program

Messenger terms

Simple, fair, and written in plain words. By joining as a Messenger you agree to the following.

Last updated: 1 October 2026

What you earn

You earn 25% of every payment made by a student you refer — including each monthly installment they pay, for the life of their plan. Nothing is taken from the student; your share comes from us.

Scholarships and grants. When a student is admitted with a scholarship or grant — a discount code issued by the school — no commission is earned on that enrolment. The school already carries the cost of the grant and cannot also pay a share on it. This applies to enrolments made from 29 September 2026 onward; referrals made before that date keep the terms they were made under.

How referrals are tracked

Everyone who visits through your personal link is remembered for 120 days, on whatever page they land. If they enrol within that time, the sale is credited to you. A referral counts only when the enrolment is made through your link: same browser, within the 120 days. If someone later enrols from another device or browser, or without your link, that enrolment is not yours — the link is the agreement, and we credit only what the system saw.

The mini course keeps the referral. When someone signs up for the mini course through your link or with your code, the school keeps the referral on its own side. If that person then enrols in the full programme within 120 days, the enrolment is credited to you, from whatever device or browser it is made. This applies to enrolments made from 1 October 2026 onward.

Apple devices. On iPhone, iPad and Mac, the Safari browser deletes the note your link leaves if the person does not come back to herbwoman.com within 7 days. This is Apple’s rule to limit tracking, and it applies to every website. A signup for the free trial is not affected.

Only new students count. A referral is credited only for someone who is new to HerbWoman. If the person was already registered with the school before they first came through your link — as a student, with an account on herbwoman.com, on an earlier free trial, or on any of the school’s earlier lists and contacts — the enrolment is not credited to you, even if they used your link. Such people belong to the school; only the school itself may bring them back. This applies to enrolments made from 1 October 2026 onward.

Payouts

Refunds & reversals

If a payment you were credited for is later refunded or charged back, the matching commission is reversed. Honest referrals rarely see this.

Sharing kindly

Please share in a way that would make you proud:

Only the school’s material

You share what the school has made — pictures, words, links and your code — in your own name. You do not create your own videos, pictures or texts that present the school, its courses or its methods, and you publish nothing that could be read as an advertisement from the school itself. Your own story is always welcome — as your story, told without using the school’s name in a way that could be mistaken for an advertisement made by the school.

For example: a video you made yourself that ends with “HerbWoman School”, as if the school had made it, is not allowed; a post that says “I study at HerbWoman, and this is what I made” is your story and is welcome.

Material that presents itself as the school’s is misleading marketing and an unauthorised use of the HerbWoman™ trademark. The consequence within our power is to ask you to remove it, and a repeated breach ends the arrangement and closes your link.

Where you may share your code

Your code and link are for your own channels and your own circles: your profile, your messages, people you know. You may not post them on pages or in groups owned or run by HerbWoman — the school’s own rooms are not a place for anyone’s code. In Facebook groups and other communities that forbid promotion without permission, you must ask the group’s administrators first; posting without that permission is spam, and spam is a breach of this agreement. Repeated breaches end the arrangement and close your link.

Your link is yours

You receive a personal code and link the moment you join. Keep them to yourself; they identify your referrals and your earnings.

Ending the arrangement

Either of us may end this at any time. If something about the school troubles you, we ask that you always contact the school first, so the matter can be resolved together. If a link is misused, or a Messenger is found to be publicly defaming the school, we may pause or close the Messenger account and hold back the commissions connected to it. From the day an account is closed, no new commission is earned. Anything fairly earned and payable before that day will still be paid.

Who runs it

The Messenger Program is operated by Salon AS, Norway. These terms may be updated as the school grows; the current version always lives here. Questions? Write to maria@grasakonan.is — María reads every message herself. 🌿
