How to Use Fodder Kale Tronchuda
Culinary: Marrow stem kale is grown for its thick, tender stems which are cooked like broccoli. The leaves are also edible.
Traditional & Medicinal: Contains the same cancer-fighting compounds as other kales. Very nutritious.
